What forms of payment are accepted?

CWC accepts Visa MasterCard and American Express as well as personal, corporate and cashier's checks. Checks can be sent to:

Is there a minimum order?

CWC does not require a minimum dollar amount for orders. The minimum quantity required for purchase varies between items.

Does the website charge tax?

By state law, CWC must have a properly executed exemption certificate from all customers claiming sales tax exemption. Without this certificate, CWC must charge sales tax in the following states:


If a customer qualifies for a sales tax exemption in any of the listed states, they will need to complete the sales tax exemption certificate, or other state approved form, and fax it to CWC's accounting department at 510-352-3193. At this time, CWC cannot accept online submission of sales tax exemption certificates as they require a physical signature.

After we receive the completed exemption certificate, we will update the account. If the exemption certificate received is incomplete, a CWC representative will contact the customer with the details needed to complete the certificate.

Can I include a PO number?

The purchase order field is available for use during checkout. To add a purchase order to a previous order, or if you have questions, call 1-800-292-7717.


Is ordering secure?

CWC works continually to ensure all of its customers have a secure web ordering experience. We employ a number of measures to keep sensitive information safe. While online, CWC uses Network Solutions SSL encryption to protect account and credit card information. What is CWC's privacy policy?

Continental Western Corporation respects and values the privacy of any visitor to this website. As such, CWC maintains the following privacy policy.

First, CWC does not sell, rent or trade personal information to third parties. Any information we collect or receive online is stored securely and used internally by CWC in the course of normal operations. What are the hours of operation?

Purchases can be made from the CWC website 24 hours a day, seven days a week and will be automatically processed.

CWC's distribution and shipping centers are open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in their respective local times. Web orders placed before 2 p.m. will ship same business day in most cases.


How do I register or open a new account?

How do I change company or personal information?

Current federal regulations require that CWC maintain an opt-out list in order for us to send out emails about special offers and other promotions we may be doing. As such, if you sign up to receive emails from us, please feel free at any time thereafter to request to be removed from our list.

How do I track my order?

CWC offers simple, personalized order tracking. Just provide your PO number to us via phone or email and one of our representatives will get back to you promptly.


What is CWC's policy on returning merchandise?

CWC allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Customers are responsible for paying any charges to ship their cancelled orders to CWC.

CWC does not offer drop shipments. We do this to protect customers against fraudulent purchases and other misuse of our system.
